The Committee first met on March 26, 2019, and discussed the scope, guiding principles and process for the work including: What curriculum and instructional practices are currently in place? What potential programs should be evaluated? What is the relationship between Committee work and LCAP? This committee meets quarterly.

Equity Committee

This committee was proposed on June 24, 2020 to examine our history as a district, pursue inclusion and celebrate our diverse community. The Committee will bring forward resolutions, statements or strategies to intentionally dismantle any policies or procedures that perpetuate inequities in our district. The committee was officially formed in January 2021 and will include a parent, ETA rep and CSEA rep, as well as a Student Representative. It will meet monthly.

The purpose of this committee is to oversee and manage the naming of district facilities. The committee is Ad Hoc and will meet on an 'as need' basis.

The Committee first met on March 28, 2019 to serve as a forum for discussion and recommendations to the Board regarding facilities planning, maintenance and future projects, with a particular focus on how they can best serve the District’s educational mission of creating a comprehensive multi-use city-school campus. It is intended to expedite the review and approvals for the District’s facilities’ needs. This committee meets quarterly.
