Dear Emery Unified Parents:
Emery Unified School District is pleased to present a series of short virtual meetings to show parents how to use Google Classroom, Google Meet and Zoom so that parents and students can be successful with these key tools during distance learning. Parents with students in TK through 12 are welcomed to attend these sessions.
Google Classroom is a way for teachers to assign and grade assignments as well as provide feedback for student learning. Google Meet and Zoom are two options teachers have for virtual lessons. Parents will also be presented to tips for success for students during distance learning. We are offering two sessions of each of these topics on Wednesday, August 5 and Saturday, August 8. These will also be recorded and the links will be posted to our school and districts websites after they are presented.
Please note that each session has its own virtual meeting link. There is no need to register for these sessions. Simply, click on the meeting link to join in. You can post your questions to the chat box.
