To listen to the meeting by phone, please call at the Noticed meeting time (669) 900-6833, then enter Webinar ID 813 796 806, then press “#”. If asked for a participant id or code, press #. There are three ways to make public comment within the 3 minute time allotted.

• Items can be submitted by email to Lisa Taymuree at [email protected] prior to the meeting.

• To comment by Zoom video conference, click the “Raise Your Hand” button to request to speak when Public Comment is being taken on the eligible Agenda item. You will be called on (by the name you logged in with), unmuted and allowed to make public comment. After 3 minutes, you will then be re-muted. • To comment by phone, press “*9” to “Raise Your Hand” to request to speak when Public Comment is being taken on the eligible Agenda Item. You will be called on (by the Area Code and the last three digits of your phone number), unmuted and allowed to make public comment. After 3 minutes, you will then be re-muted.
